• "We are retired and love living at Canal Square Apartments. We've decided that of all the places we have lived, Canal Square is our favorite. To us, it is the premiere downtown location. It's on the canal, which is so great for exercise, for the view, and for all of the activities. And then there is the added bonus of an easy walk to Circle Center Mall, banks, grocery, post office, parks, and so many great activities. The gated security is important to us also. However, the real value to us is the staff and our neighbors. Everyone is so friendly, and the staff is so conscientious about taking care of our needs. We truly experience the feeling of living in a neighborhood, not just an apartment."

  • "I moved to the Canal Square Apartments in 2003 and lived there for six years. Those six years seemed like six months because I enjoyed it so much. The Business Staff & Maintenance Staff were always very nice to me and took care of any question that I may have had right away. The apartments are in a beautiful location right next to the canal that runs through downtown Indianapolis. I also felt safe there during the entire six years because of their security procedures. I was sorry to leave but had to relocate to another city. The Canal Square Apartments seemed like home for me for six years and I will always remember it and the friendly people I met."

  • "I’ve lived in Canal Square for the past three years and it has been a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable – you can walk to the Canal, IUPUI or downtown within a couple of minutes. I really enjoy running on the Canal during the spring and summer, and going to Colts games during the fall. Canal Square is also very clean and safe. The managers and staff constantly work to keep the building in the best condition possible and it shows. Moreover, the managers are very accessible. Finally, everyone at Canal Square is friendly. I have great, dependable neighbors with whom I’ve become close friends. I would definitely recommend Canal Square to anyone wanting to live in downtown Indianapolis."
